CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Each appointment may be rescheduled up to 2 times before a fee is applied. Same-day rescheduling must be completed before the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid the cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled due to time constraints and inability to perform the service to standard. This will be treated as a no-show and may be subject to the cancellation fee. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your service may be shortened in order to respect other scheduled appointments. The full service price will still apply. Late arrivals may be accommodated at my discretion if scheduling allows.
